The hackathon will take place at MacEwan University in

Join us for a 42 hour hackathon starting at 5:00pm Friday October 16th. Participants will be given a challenge to solve, build solutions and present their work to judges. There will be food too!
The event is free and open to all students of all skill levels. We will have different challenges (and prizes) based on experience.

DAY 3 - SUBMISSION
Any post-secondary education student interested in participating, regardless of skill or faculty is welcome to join.
We will provide time to make teams on the day and we also have a Discord channel where you can look for teammates! You are also welcome to go solo if you prefer.
Absolutely not, this event is not just for building but also an excuse to learn!
Your laptop, charger, and any other devices you want to build with.
You can have up to five people on your team.
All will be revealed October 16th.
You may use generative AI (LLMs) for assistance, but we recommend that you team up with other participants who may have a variety of skills. If you do use AI, then please document where it is used.
Teams will get five minutes to present their work to the judges. The judging rubric will be released closer to the event start.
You can! You will also be able to present remotely. You may miss out on the snacks though...
